Pedro António Pereira Gonçalves professionally known as Pedro Gonçalves is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Primeira Liga club Sporting CP and the Portugal national team.
Born June 28, 1998, in Vidago, he commences his career at Vidago in 2006. After two years stint with Vidago, Gonçalves joined his hometown club G.D. Chaves from 2008 to 2010.
In July 2017, Gonçalves signed a two-year contract with the English club Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Gonçalves signed a five-year contract with Sporting CP on August 18, 2020, for a fee of €6.5 million for half of his economic rights.
