The New York Mets’ manager, William Nathaniel “Buck” Showalter III, is an American professional baseball manager.
Buck Showalter managed the New York Yankees from 1992 to 1995, the Arizona Diamondbacks from 1998 to 2000, the Texas Rangers from 2003 to 2006, and the Baltimore Orioles from 2010 to 2018.
Buck Showalter is also a former Minor League Baseball player who now works as a broadcast analyst for ESPN and the YES Network for Yankees games.
